CrazyHostGuy.com reviews - WORST webhost

I used crazyhostguy.com as a web host for one year for five domains, today I switched them all to another web host. Here is why crazyhostguy.com is the worst web host I have ever encountered:

1) technical support is full of complete idiots and they are ude
2) customer support NEVER answers their phone
3) They have frequent downtime
4) They have the most insane billing policies.

for example:

I switched one of my domains 6 months ago and never contacted them since I had prepaid for a year. However, when the year was up they lumped that domain in with the other five domains and are refusing to break it out, even though it's hosted at another host!!

5) They suspend your account with no emails at all. Even though I have not one, but two contact emails on my account, they still never even sent me one email asking me to renew.

Thankfully I had backups of all my sites and switched them all to liquidweb.com, a FAR FAR superior web host.

CrazyHostGuy.com is so stupid, they would rather get stuck with a $700 outstanding balance, and no chance of future business, rather than adhering to sound business practices. Had they done that I would have kept 3 of the domains at crazyhostguy and they'd still be getting my money.

It's alughable what a bunch of idiots they are. In reality, even if they did make it right with me, I would probably move the domains after a few months...they are that bad of a host. You just have to sort of cut your losses and move on to a more reputable provider.
